Seasoned pro enhances firm's executive search capabilities in manufacturing and distribution sectors
OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL, June 10, 2003 - Allerton Heneghan & O'Neill (AHO) announced today that Terrence J. McSherry has joined the firm as Partner.
An alumnus of Marquette University, Mr. McSherry brings over 20 years of retained search experience to his position with AHO. Beginning his professional career in corporate recruiting and human resources management, he previously served in the executive search practice of Ernst and Young and later as a Partner with TMP Worldwide. Most recently, Mr. McSherry was a director with Kensington International. In these roles, he recruited numerous senior- and mid-level executives for positions ranging from President/COO/General Manager to functional executives in sales and marketing, finance, and human resources.
Mr. McSherry has handled retained search assignments for a number of blue-chip clients, including BP America, Deere & Co., Gulfstream Aerospace, Saint-Gobain, and Siemens Corp. These assignments and others in manufacturing, production operations, engineering, supply chain and logistics highlight his executive search career.
